ACCESSORIES & SPARES

AIRMAIL to EU countries: min. charge EUR 6.30.
AIRMAIL to overseas destinations: min. charge EUR 6.25.

Orders shipped by AIRMAIL will be sent by registered mail. If order value is above EUR 20 all AIRMAIL shipments will be insured (surcharge EUR 1.50 for each EUR 100 in value). Please note: shipping by insured AIRMAIL is not possible to USA, Taiwan and several other countries due to restrictions by German mail service (sorry, not our fault).

Larger items (such as Piston Tanks) will be shipped within EUROPE by Parcel Service DPD (Direct Parcel Distribution), door-to-door, insured.

Larger items (such as Piston Tanks) can be shipped to OVERSEAS destinations (non-EU countries) by DHL/Deutsche Post Premium Parcel and very fast by Federal Express (your choice) at competitive rates.

MODEL SUBMARINE KITS

All submarine kits (except Lafayette) are shipped in 2 boxes:
1. Hull unit with accessories
2. Diving system with ballast

Model submarine kits are shipped within EUROPE by Parcel Service DPD. Due to box size shipment by standard postal service is NOT possible.

Please note that shipping cost might be higher for orders including further options (such as Special Offers with battery packs and/or RC) as these add to weight and volume and might have to be shipped separately.
Our packaging department does pack orders as cost economical for our customers as possible, thereby ensuring absolutely safe shipment. However, in some cases (depending on items ordered) shipping cost might be slightly higher than stated.

Submarine kits shipped to OVERSEAS like America or Asia are usually shipped by Federal Express, door-to-door, insured.
If you live next to a major airport shipping by AIRFREIGHT might be an option, as this shipping method is a lot cheaper (on the average about 40% cheaper than FedEx charges) but the shipment must be collected at the airport. You will also have to deal with customs clearance yourself. Keep this in mind ... Of course, AIRFREIGHT shipments are also shipped insured (CIF).
